This premium quality cooker is a really solid piece of catering equipment, mostly due to the combination of durable materials and the simple but robust design. This cooker excels in its performance and practical use. To start, the housing is made from stainless steel, which is known both for its firmness, as well as being easy to clean. To keep cleaning effortless, the corners of this appliance are also rounded so that dirt cannot accumulate there. The pan supports are made from heavy cast iron, while the gas burners are made from chrome. With a depth of 90cm, this cooker is perfect for large pans. There is more than enough space to have large pans on each of the burners at the same time. Add to that the clear, round buttons and you will find that it is a highly practical gas stove to work with.

Suitable for LPG and natural gas

This professional hob is suitable for both LPG or natural gas that can be ignited using the handy piezo ignition. There is a safety valve with a thermocouple. This ensures that the throttle remains open as long as the sensor detects heat. As soon as there is no flame, it will automatically close the throttle valve so that no gas can escape. There is also additional protection in the form of a safety thermostat. You can use it to set a temperature between 100 and 300°C. Thanks to the large buttons, it is a hob on which every cook can work practically and efficiently.
