Ease of use is also very important, which is why this griddle comes fully equipped. The double zones can be operated individually with their own ignition, thermostat and temperature indicator light. Each side has a wide temperature range from 50-300°C available. The wide splashguard prevents spills and splashes on the wall and, thanks to the 1,5 litre drip tray in front, you can continue grilling without having to empty it all the time.
Can be placed anywhere
This professional electric griddle is suitable for placement in a cooking line, but you can also place it on a table or a matching stainless steel base. It’s important to take into account that this powerhouse needs a 400V electrical connection to be able to do its job so it requires an appropriate plug.
