Modular counter fridge
This counter fridge has four stainless steel doors and four complete grids with guides. The grids have a 1/1 GN format and are adjustable in height in 5 cm increments. You can order multiple grids on our website and decide how many levels you want to create. Because the inside of each compartment has a 1/1GN format, you can also choose to place Gastronorm bins in the guides instead of grids. Want to add several GN bins? Then make sure to order the guides separately. It’s also possible to replace the doors with drawers. Two drawers can replace one door. So you can decide which layout works best for you.
Automatic defrost function
The counter fridge has an automatic defrosting cycle that starts every six hours. The compressor compartment on the right from the counter fridge can be locked. A digital controller on the compressor compartment door allows you to set the temperature using the arrow keys. This refrigerated workbench has a temperature range of -2 to 10°C. The counter fridge has a ventilated cooling system, so the cold air is well distributed in the refrigerated workbench.
Self-closing doors
The door rubbers of the counter fridge are heated to prevent the doors from freezing. The doors close using a magnetic door seal that prevents them from accidentally being left open. With a length of 223 cm, the counter fridge is very large but easy to move thanks to the wheels underneath. The front wheels have a brake, allowing you to keep the counter fridge in place. The worktop is ideal for preparing food or delicious dishes – all your ingredients are within reach.
Counter fridge maintenance
To prolong the life of your counter fridge, it’s essential to maintain it regularly. The auto-defrost system already ensures that the counter fridge is defrosted regularly, but regular cleaning of the interior is also important. To do this, empty the fridge and switch it off. Clean the inside with a damp cloth, a soapy hot water solution and a mild detergent. Dry the inside or let it air dry. Also, remember to clean the door rubbers thoroughly. Clean the grids and gastronorm trays, then replace them. Clean the outside with a damp, soft cloth.
