Indirect heating system
This boiling pan has a double wall where the inside is filled with water. As a result, it isn’t heated directly from the bottom of the boiling pan, but rather more evenly over the entire wall. This indirect heating system lowers the risk of burning the food, making it ideal for preparing liquid foods, such as soups, sauces, broths and creams. The insulating material from which the boiling pan is made also reduces any heat loss so energy consumption is kept to a minimum. In addition, a safety thermostat protects against a low water level so that dishes do not cook too quickly. A practical pressure gauge is placed on top of the boiling pan to read the pressure.
Very user friendly
A drain valve is always a helpful feature, as this allows you to easily empty the contents of the boiling pan. Often the lid of a boiling pan is large and heavy, but because of the weight mechanism, you can always easily open and close it, making is very user friendly. Because stainless steel has been used throughout the construction of the boiling pan, and thanks to the round shape, this appliance is always easy to clean.
