The sloping grill section is adjustable in height and has a large drip tray to collect grease. This powerful lava stone grill is ideal for intensive, daily use and can be placed in a 700mm deep cooking line.

Thanks to its durable construction, this lava rock griddle will last a long time. It can also take a beating, making this kitchen appliance suitable for intensive use in busy professional kitchens. The stainless steel grill part is V-shaped so that the fat can be drained off easily. The fat is collected in the 1,5 litre drip tray.

Height adjustable grill

The sloping grill section of this lava rock grill is height adjustable. Thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue is left behind after cleaning. This gas lava rock grill is equipped with a pilot light and Piezo electric ignition. With the safety thermostat, you can set temperatures between 100 and 300ºC. Furthermore, the stone grill has a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. The lava stone grill is suitable for use with LPG or natural gas.

Can be extended with a base

You can expand this lava rock griddle with a stainless steel base, either open or with a door. In addition, thanks to the stainless steel casing, the stone griddle is easy to clean. With a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent, you can clean this kitchen appliance quickly and easily. The V-shaped grill, the drip tray and the lava rock holder can be removed for cleaning.
