The double zones can be operated individually with their own ignition, thermostat and temperature indicator light. On each side is a wide temperature range from 50-300°C available at your disposal. The wide splashguard prevents spills and splashes against the wall and, thanks to the 1,5 litre drip tray in front, you can continue grilling without stopping to constantly empty it. This professional gas griddle is suitable for placement in a cooking line, but you can also place it on a workbench, or on a matching stainless steel base.
Easy cleaning
Cleaning this grooved griddle is very easy, thanks to the smooth housing and drip tray. Stubbon, baked-on residue can be removed with a brush or scraper. This is easier if you heat the device to 75°C first and pour some water on the grill surface. Then, with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, you can wipe all the parts clean.
