This Heavy Duty gas gridle is made from thick stainless steel and features a smooth single griddle surface. The top is seamlessly welded and it has a drip tray for grease, which makes it easy to clean. It is ideal for intensive use in a busy and professional kitchen and fits in a 700mm deep cooking line.

Grilling has a great advantage: it preserves flavour and vitamins longer and dishes are cooked faster. This heavy-duty griddle has a single, smooth grill plate of 15mm of hardened stainless steel with a satin finish. The grill plate is set into a watertight recess and the top is welded seamlessly. Thanks to the heat distribution, food is cooked evenly. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Equipped with splash guards

This professional grill plate has a 1.5-litre drip tray. In addition, you can set the temperature between 100 and 300ºC. The appliance features both a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. Despite the high temperatures, it’s always safe to work with this professional grill plate. It is also equipped with stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil spills. You can use the grill with LPG or natural gas.

Easy to clean

Cleaning the grill plate is very easy. There is a removable tray under the unit that collects the fat. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and splashguard, the smooth surfaces are easy to clean. A scraper is used to remove coarse residue. A damp cloth, warm water and mild detergent can be used to clean the exterior and the grill. Make sure all parts are wiped dry before using the grill again.
