This counter fridge has a 180 cm wide worktop, spacious enough to cut vegetables or prepare dishes. Under the worktop are three glass doors with grids and a compressor compartment with a powerful cooling system.
Glass doors
The counter fridge has three glass doors with heated door rubbers. This prevents the doors from freezing. The glass doors also allow you to immediately see where you have stored the products you need. This prevents you from unnecessarily opening the doors and releasing cold air. The doors are self-closing; with a magnetic seal, the doors automatically shut. Behind each door is a 1/1GN-sized grid with guides. You can expand the number of grids by ordering them from our website. You can also choose to slide 1/1GN bins in the guides. The guides are adjustable in 5 cm increments to create the most efficient layout.
Ventilated cooling system
The grids ensure good circulation of cold air. The counter fridge also has a ventilated cooling system that cools evenly. There is also a defrost cycle every six hours. Excess water is evaporated via the engine. This auto-defrost function prevents the fridge from freezing. The counter fridge has a digital display and arrow keys for setting the desired temperature between 2 and 10 °C.
LED lighting
The counter fridge also has LED lighting inside, giving you a good view of your stock and looks nice. This lets you put the counter fridge in front of guests/customers. For example, the stainless steel top is suitable for cutting and chopping vegetables. But you can also prepare your desserts. The corners are neatly rounded and the stainless steel is easy to clean. It also prevents corrosion on your worktop.
Cleaning the counter fridge
The auto-defrost function automatically drains excess water, but it’s still important to clean the fridge regularly. Cleaning the counter fridge is very easy. Switch off the fridge, unplug it and remove the products, grids and gastronorm bins. With hot water and a mild detergent, you can clean the inside. Use a soft cloth and no scouring pads, as these will scratch the stainless steel. Don’t forget to clean the door rubbers as well! Then clean the grids and GN trays and put them back in their guides. You can wipe the fridge’s exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
