Robust refrigerated worktop
This stainless steel counter fridge has two functions: keeping products cool and a worktop to prepare your dishes. This counter fridge has four wheels, the front two of which have a brake. This makes it easy to move the fridge. The compressor compartment can be locked on the right-hand side of the refrigerated worktop.
Adjustable shelves
The counter fridge has two glass doors; behind each door is a grid with guides. The guides are adjustable in heights of 5 cm. The grids are 1/1 GN, so you can also place Gastronorm trays in the guides. On our website, you can order more grids or GN trays. Make sure to order the GN trays with the guides. The grids have a raised edge on the back wall, ensuring good air circulation and even cold air distribution.
Refrigerated worktop with auto-defrost
This counter fridge requires little maintenance. This is because it’s equipped with an auto-defrost system. This means that the counter fridge automatically defrosts every six hours. This fridge also has a ventilated cooling system, which keeps it cool even at ambient temperatures of 43°C. The temperature is adjustable from 2 to 10°C with the arrow keys on the digital display. The door rubbers are heated to prevent freezing. Also, the doors are self-closing; using a magnetic door seal, they shut and prevent losing cold air.
Cleaning the counter fridge
This counter fridge defrosts automatically, but it’s essential to clean it regularly. First, unplug and empty it if necessary. Remove the grids and GN bins too. Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Use a soapy hot water solution and a mild detergent to clean the inside. Do this with a soft cloth and do not use an abrasive sponge. This will scratch the stainless steel. When the inside and the door rubbers are clean, you can clean the grids and GN trays. Place these back in the counter fridge and you can switch the fridge back on when this is done.
