Excellent heat distribution
This robust double-contact grill has excellent heat distribution, which means that food is cooked evenly. Because not all products are cooked at the same temperature, you can adjust the temperature manually up to 300ºC. Thanks to the indicator light, the contact grill tells you exactly when it’s hot and you can start cooking. To collect the fat that can come from dishes, the grill has a handy drip tray.
Including cleaning brush
The housing and the handle are made from high-quality stainless steel and are therefore easy to clean. This also applies to the cast iron grooved baking trays. Before you start cleaning, switch off the appliance and unplug it from the wall socket. Once the plates have cooled down, but still feel warm, you can clean them with the supplied cleaning brush and some warm water. Do this without using a scouring pad or aggressive cleaning agents to prevent damage to the plates. After cleaning, dry the contact grill with a soft cloth. Thanks to the rubber feet, the contact grill stays firmly in place.
