This model works on gas and is also tiltable, which allows you to tilt the inner pan easily so that you can scoop out the contents.
Equipped with thermal insulation
Working safely in the hospitality industry is essential. That’s why this professional Bratt pan is equipped with a safety system so that the gas and heating are switched off when the lid is open. The safety thermostat ensures that the risk of overheating in the pan is kept to a minimum. The temperature can be set between 50 and 300°C. To limit the heat radiation and keep the energy consumption low, the Bratt pan contains plenty of thermal insulation. The bottom of the inner pan is made from 8mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion. This also ensures that the heat is evenly distributed.
Easy to clean
An important part of the ease of use is the cleaning. Thanks to the intelligent design and smooth materials, you don’t have to worry about that. Stainless steel is very easy to clean using only a cloth with a little warm water and detergent. The corners have also been rounded so that food residue can’t accumulate here and, thanks to the handy water tap, you always have enough water on hand for cleaning. Tilting the inner pan also comes in handy for both cleaning and drying.
