Durable construction
This high quality griddle has been made specifically for use within a cooking line. Using only quality materials, it’s ideal for daily intensive use. The smooth grill plate has been made from 15mm thick steel and has an elegant satin finish. Underneath there is a large 1,5 litre drip tray to help collect grease during the cooking process and keep everything neat and tidy. It can easily be removed for cleaning.
Safe and easy to clean
This premium griddle is both safe to use and simple to clean. It has an ergonomic design to make working with the appliance easier. It also has high stainless steel splashguards to prevent oil splashes and ensure a safe and pleasant cooking experience. The stainless steel housing, splashguards and grill plate are all easy to clean with a soft cloth and a little bit of detergent. It’s important to turn the appliance off before you start cleaning.
