Durable construction
This high-quality griddle has been made specifically for use within a cooking line. Using only quality materials, it’s ideal for daily intensive use. The double-grooved grill plate has been made from 15mm thick steel and has an elegant satin finish. Underneath, there is a large 1,5 litre drip tray to help collect grease during the cooking process and keep everything neat. It can easily be removed for cleaning.

This premium griddle is both safe to use and simple to clean. It has an ergonomic design to make working with the appliance easier. It also has high stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes and ensure a safe and pleasant cooking experience. The stainless steel housing, splash guards and grill plate are all easy to clean with a soft cloth and a little bit of detergent. It’s important to turn the appliance off before you start cleaning.
