Quick and easy sausage filling

To make sausages, first, choose the desired size of the filling tube. Place the filling tube on the sausage stuffer. Then, tilt the reservoir and fill it with the ingredients of your choice. Next, slide the casing or artificial casing over the filling tube. Then turn the crank on the side of the sausage stuffer to start filling. You must hold the casing you are using to make the sausages firmly so that it does not fall off. Fill the sausages tightly and make sure there is as little air as possible. Make sure you don’t fill them too tightly so you can still squeeze them into shape later.
