Drawers to store
This counter fridge can be designed to your own needs. It comes with two in height-adjustable grids with guides. The guides can be mounted in steps of approximately 5cm. That way you can deside which height is suitable for you. You can easily create more compartments by ordering more grids with guides. Because the grids have a 1/1GN dimension, it is also possible to slide GN bins in the guides. That way you can store food that’s not suitable to be stored on a grid, like loose fruit or vegetables. It is also possible to replace a door by two drawers. You can remove the door and install the two drawers. That way you can choose your own layout. You can have a design with two drawers and two doors, four drawers and one door or six drawers and no doors.
Convenient cooling system
This counter fridge has a ventilated cooling system and automatic defrost function. The automatic defrost function will run every six hours. The temperature for this professional catering refrigerator can be set using the digital temperature control to a range between -2 and 10ºC. With the arrow keys you can easily set the desired temperature. Thanks to the solid protective insulation of 6cm, products in this counter fridge can stay fresh and cool for a long time. You can continue to use this counter fridge in any environment that has an ambient temperature of up to 43ºC.
Easy to move
This nice stainless steel counter top is easy to move around, because it has four wheels. The wheels in the front are equipped with brakes, so you can make sure the counter fridge stays in one place. The doors have a magnetic door seal. This means they will close themselves, which prevents that the doors stay open and cool air will escape. That way your narrow down the chance of icing on the walls.
Counter fridge maintenance
Both the interior and exterior are made from stainless steel, which makes cleaning an easy job. This also helps to keep the countertop a hygienic workspace. Thanks to the smooth surfaces, dirt and bacteria are spread as little as possible and there are no crevices where dirt can accumulate. Put the counter fridge of and unplug the machine. Remove all loose parts like drawers, grids or GN bins. Clean the inside of the fridge with a soft dampcloth, using hot water and a mild detergent. Clean all loose accessories the same way. Make sure that you dry everything accurate and place the accessories back into the counter fridge. The outside can be cleaned with a dampcloth and dried with a soft cloth. Now you can plugin the machine again.
