Spacious counter fridge
This is the largest counter fridge in Maxima’s range, with no less than four doors and a lockable compressor compartment. The counter fridge has six wheels, with brakes on the front wheels. This makes it easy to move around. The four glass doors have sturdy handles and heated door seals to prevent freezing. The doors are self-closing thanks to the magnetic door seals, ensuring cold air isn’t lost when the door isn’t properly closed. You can also easily see where your items are stored, reducing the need to open doors unnecessarily. When you need to order ingredients, you can quickly see what your stock levels are.
Automatic defrost cycle
This counter fridge is equipped with an automatic defrost cycle that starts every six hours. This prevents ice formation and ensures that your counter fridge cools efficiently. It features a ventilated cooling system where cold air is circulated, cooling the food. The walls have an insulation thickness of 6 cm, allowing the workbench to keep cooling effectively even at ambient temperatures of up to 43°C. The temperature can be read on a digital display and adjusted with the arrow keys, with a range between 2 and 10°C.
Counter fridge interior
The interior of the counter fridge is fitted with LED lighting, which can be turned on or off as needed. The unit comes with four grids, which are 1/1 GN in size. The grids’ design and raised edge at the back allow for good air circulation. The raised edge prevents food from falling or sticking to the back wall. The grids are installed on adjustable guides, which can be adjusted in height by 5 cm increments, allowing for the most efficient layout. You can also add 1/1 Gastronorm containers, which are ideal for loose ingredients or prepared dishes. This counter fridge is very flexible in terms of layout. Cleaning the counter fridge
The stainless steel construction and rounded corners make this counter fridge easy to clean. Turn off the counter fridge and unplug it. Remove the products, grids and GN containers and clean the interior and door seals with hot water and a mild cleaning agent. Do not use a scouring pad; use only a soft cloth for cleaning. Once the interior is clean, clean the grids and GN containers and place them back in the unit. The exterior can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. After cleaning, you can turn the counter fridge back on and restock it.
